The Irish American Society of County Will, (IASCW) -- Manhattan Irish Fest is a Non-profit organization.  As a result, any monies earned from Manhattan Irish Fest must be distributed to other non profit organizations .  In order to be considered, the following application must be completed by June 1 after the the festival.  Application must be made every year.  You will be appraised of the decision of the board.
